The UKU (UK Ultimate) is the national governing body for the sport. The site contains information about the structure of the sport in the UK, news about upcoming tournaments and info on the GB national teams at all levels.
The WFDF (World Flying Disc Association) are the governing body for world disc sports. The official rules of Ultimate are set by this organisation. Basic rules can be found here.
